Fa?ade was publicly released as a freeware download / cd-rom in July 2005.
You, the player, using your own name and gender, play the character of a longtime friend of Grace and Trip, an attractive and materially successful couple in their early thirties. During an evening get-together at their apartment that quickly turns ugly, you become entangled in the high-conflict dissolution of Grace and Trip?s marriage. No one is safe as the accusations fly, sides are taken and irreversible decisions are forced to be made. Bluff City is a town of unusual people, with unusual abilitles. Tim and Tiffany Walters are fraternal twins, born and raised in Bluff City. After a traumatic childhood (which they don't talk about), they became extremely close and depend on each other for everything. To pay the bills, they have opened a Private Investigator business. Beneath a Steel Sky
This is one of the best freeware adventure games out there. I really enjoyed playing this game, it has a good story that will keep you wondering what is coming next. After the Dungeons and Dragons fantasy setting of Revolution?s first game, Lure of the Temptress, Revolution decided to go down a completely different avenue with its second adventure game, Beneath a Steel Sky, that of Science Fiction. A bleak vision of the future was imagined, where mind control and medical science combined forces to repress the populace. Leading comic artist, Dave Gibbons, joined the design team to visualise this desperate landscape. The result, released in 1994, was the cult classic Beneath a Steel Sky.

Xiah
A war has been raging for hundreds of years between political factions in the land.
Then, a warrior named DoChun-Poung battled the Evil Blood Emperor
in an attempt to bring peace to the land.
DoChun-Poung was victorious and in order to make sure that
the oppressive reign of the Evil Blood Emperor would not return;
he cut the Evil Blood Emperor into 4 pieces.
Many decades passed...
Sa-Do, the son of the Blood Evil Emperor, was determined
to bring back his father from the dead in order to re-establish
his reign of terror. Sa-Do journeyed throughout the land in
order to locate and collect the 4 pieces from his father?s corpse.
After the reunification of the 4 pieces was complete signs
that were foretold occurred. The black star appeared
in the sky to signal the beginning of the new reign of terror.
One of the suns turned black while the other one turned red.
Shortly thereafter, black clouds covered the sky and blotted out the daylight.
After many years...
Most of the living creatures in the land became extinct due to the destruction of the natural resources needed to sustain their lives. The few species that did survive turned into human/monster-like creatures. They called themselves the "Evil Monster". One of the monsters, Lak-Sa, unified all monsters in order to strengthen them against any possible survivors that might try to challenge his group.
Lak-Sa became the strongest being in the world. He had the strength both human and monster. Although he unified the monsters some years ago, he now realized that he has to create a group of followers that would stop them from ruling the land. Due to his superior strength and skill; Lak-Sa defeated one martial arts master after another. Finally, he made a pact with the martial arts masters that he had defeated, but not destroyed to create another group of followers and increased his power to use against the monsters.

Console online means you will feel the playing style of a consol game when playing Xiah. It has advantages over console and online games. For example, users can concentrate on Xiah with a console game intensity and communicate with other users easily with the online game aspect.
04. UI(user interface) System based on HCI
One of the most important elements in a video game is the UI (user interface). Xiah has 3 factors of HCI (Human Computer Interface): technical support, user friendly and graphical design. You will experience the easiest and the most convenient UI from Xiah.
05. Xiah was created for play using various points-of-view.
Xiah offers both the first and third person view with both control interfaces (keyboard or a mouse). Users can see the background and the characters from a variety of angles. Players can opt to view the game environment in a real-life type of view by choosing the first person view.

Last Scenario is a game made using the popular RPGMaker XP that could possibly rival Aveyond's level of professionalism, perhaps even surpass it. Tiles, music and sound effects are standard material that is included with the package, but most of the character portraits, sprites and backgrounds seen in this release were created by the developer.
The C key is used for most interactions and menu selections. Press the X key to access the inventory screen or to cancel any choices. A medium length RPG with over a thousand rooms, side quests, a unique spellcard system and even a collectible board game, it's quite unlikely that any fan would complete this production in a couple of sittings

What is Shadowbane? A simple question, but not so simple to answer. Shadowbane is many things to many people. The game is officially classified as a Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying game (MMORPG or MMO for short), but there are some who would classify it as a real-time strategy game. Which is it?
Well, both actually. Shadowbane uses many elements from strategy games such as city building, sieges, territory conquest, and tactical formations and weds them to a game system similar to other fantasy MMORPGs. Players level and adventure in Shadowbane as they do in other MMOs, but Shadowbane offers unique activities in the game world, adding reasons to continue play after the more conventional RPG has been mastered.
Shadowbane has expanded the concept of what an online persistent world RPG can be. Heroine Iysayana is a Japanese-style role-playing game. Most of the time the game will be played in a 2-D perspective. This is where you walk around and explore the land, talk to people, visit shops, explore dungeons, search for treasures and so on. Whenever the party runs into monsters the game will change to a special turn-based combat screen. If you defeat your foes, your heroes will gain experience and money. At first Iysayana is on her own, but during the adventure other heroes will join your party. The different characters have different abilities, e. g. one may be a healer and another one a warrior, so make best use of them.
When characters have gained enough combat experience they will grow stronger and learn new magic. You can use spells to attack monsters, but also to heal or strengthen your characters. But note that your magic energy is limited and must be refilled from time to time. Talk to the people in the towns to gather more or less useful information. Take a rest in an inn to restore your characters' health. There are stores where you can buy and sell weapons and armors. Other items can be used to heal the heroes in mid-combat.
The game can be played using the keyboard or a joystick and comes with a detailed help file. You can save and load at any point. Go out and become the heroine the kingdom needs!
Heroine Iysayana is a trilogy: The first two parts of the game are already available and ready for play, and the grand finale will follow within the next months. Windows 98 or higher is required.

On this island live long-faced, bug-eyed, tentacled aliens called Ekrats. In addition to being filled with these locals, the aptly named Ekrat IslandTM is a popular spot for human tourists to visit. Every day, hordes of humans arrive on the island in little spaceships to enjoy many facilities including but not limited to the Horniverous DevilTM restaurant, Baked Potato's Bar and DiscoTM, and the new attraction specially built for humans themselves, the HumanCoasterTM.
Until, of course, all the humans start to disappear. And the ships transporting them to and from the island are no longer in service. This is bad for the Ekrats; humans, being wealthy tourists, help the Ekrat economy greatly.
And so, one day, there is only one human left. In an attempt to find her companions, she enlists the aid of Ekrat IslandTM's only (yet somewhat reluctant) private investigator, Cubert Badbone. In this cheesy, low-budget game, you play the part of that private investigator. Now what are you waiting for? Go find those humans!

Dark Ages II: Engel is a free computer role-playing game that follows the story of those three initiates of the Thieves' Guild. The plot is non-linear in the sense that key points in the plot will require a choice. That choice will lead to different quests without turning back. The world will change according to those choices. I hope to add replayability (is that a word?) by allowing the player to start the game over after they've won and play a whole series of new quests and still win the game. How it differs from most non-linear games is that it does not change how the game ends; merely all the content in the middle. A lot of games change the storyline to fit non-linear choices, but the quests and tasks are the same. In the case of DA2, some quests will never become available. You will just have to play again to try them out.
